Mark McClure, based in Dallas, TX, has over 30 successful years of experience in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate investment and finance.  Before joining CastleGreen Finance, Mr. McClure managed C-PACE originations for the Dallas office of Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate for nearly 2 years.  Mr. McClure has been responsible for commercial asset finance, including structured financing, new and renovation construction financing, Property Improvement Program (PIP) financing and value-add bridge financing.  Additionally, his extensive and diverse background encompasses asset management and equity investments.

During Mr. McClure’s career he was instrumentally involved in over $10 Billion of commercial real estate investments.  During Mark’s tenure in the commercial real estate industry, he’s held key positions with such reputable firms as New York Life, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, A10 Capital and Counterpointe / Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Real Estate.  Here at CastleGreen Finance, Mark is responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities in the Southwestern region of the U.S.  Mr. McClure is a graduate of the University of North Texas.
