Paul Fitzsimmons currently works for a direct C-PACE and HUD lender.   Mr. Fitzsimmons has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and structured finance having held senior positions at Brookfield Asset Management, Credit Suisse, Oppenheimer Funds and Nomura Securities.   Paul holds a MS degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and was an adjunct speaker at NYU’s Shack Institute, Columbia Business School and CREFC.  Paul is also a current MAI and SRA member of the Appraisal Institute.
