Renzo Aida has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily in the underwriting of structured loans, including bridge, CMBS, and agency across various asset classes, including hospitality/lodging, seniors housing, and multifamily properties. Prior to joining CastleGreen Finance, Mr. Aida worked for Cadre Advisors, Inc. where he focused on agency and structured loan underwriting. Prior to joining Cadre Advisors, Renzo was with Saratoga Springs Capital, where he consulted on mortgage note sales, structuring leases, and sourcing debt and equity financing. Mr. Aida’s prior years of commercial real estate experience was as Senior Asset Manager at Greystone & Co. and Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Capmark Finance (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage). Renzo received his BS in Finance / Management at George Mason University and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
