Martin R. Nunnally has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance with a diverse background in equity, debt, CMBS, development, and sustainable real estate transaction analysis.

Prior to joining CastleGreen, Mr. Nunnally was a Senior Underwriter and Director at Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate where he led initial screening and underwriting of C-PACE transactions for new construction, adaptive reuse, and heavy renovation projects. Other responsibilities included transaction risk management, valuations, pricing, deal structuring, strategic planning, and coordination with the sales and closing team.

Mr. Nunnally has also held roles as a bridge loan underwriter, Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, and Investment Analyst at Prudential evaluating single assets and portfolios valued in excess of $100 million and $1 billion, respectively. Mr. Nunnally has earned an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, a BA in Economics from Morehouse College, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP Homes).
