Wade Shervin has extensive experience in commercial real estate credit and capital markets, with a proven record in origination, underwriting, and portfolio management across the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, Wade worked as a Financial Analyst at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, where he was a vital member of the origination team and helped finance a wide range of transactions in multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes.

Prior to joining LBBW, Wade worked as an Analyst at X-Caliber Capital, supporting the debt advisory team across various capital structures, including C-PACE, EB-5, and HUD financing. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Credit Analyst at United Bank, underwriting CRE loans across all major asset types and delivering quarterly market updates.

Wade earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he participated in the student-led REIT investment fund. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he was a four-year member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team.
